<p>The bill amends section 23401.5 of the Business and Professions Code to extend existing provisions allowing on-sale license holders for public eating places with off-sale privileges, or licensed manufacturers operating such places at their premises, to sell certain alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption until December 31, 2031.</p>
