<p>This bill allows local jurisdictions to permit licensed cannabis retailers or microbusinesses conducting storefront retail sales to sell cannabis products to customers in their vehicles via a drive-through. The sale must occur through a fixed-pane security window with an integrated security drawer located within the premises. Retailers that operate exclusively through delivery services or do not have public storefronts are excluded from this provision.</p>
