This bill aims to expand the enhanced services for asylees and vulnerable noncitizens program. The program will now provide services to individuals who were screened by the US Department of Homeland Security between January 1, 2024, and January 1, 2026. The services will be available for up to 90 days within the first year following the screening. Nonprofit organizations with at least one year of experience in providing these services will be required to administer the program. The program will collect data on its outcome metrics and post the findings on its website.
