AB 647: Abandoned recreational vehicles.

This bill aims to amend the vehicle code in California to dispose of abandoned recreational vehicles. It would authorize public agencies within Alameda and Los Angeles counties, as well as state agencies, to implement a disposal program for these vehicles.
