ACA 11: California Water Resiliency Act.

The bill proposes to add a new section to the California Constitution to ensure the beneficial use of the state's water resources. The state will transfer 1% of all revenues to a new fund each year to support water infrastructure projects. These projects will focus on maintaining or expanding the availability of clean, safe drinking water for homes and businesses, as well as water for agricultural uses.
