ACR 79: Equestrian Heritage Day.

<p>This bill would proclaim July 15th of each year as Equestrian Heritage Day, recognizing the importance of equestrian activities and the contributions of horse owners and riders to California's history and culture.</p> <p>The bill would establish a new annual holiday to promote awareness and appreciation of equestrian heritage, and to encourage people to participate in equestrian activities and events.</p>
