SB 1122: Planning and zoning: annual progress report: accessory dwelling unit ordinances.

<blockquote> <p>This bill amends California's planning and zoning law to require cities and counties with accessory dwelling unit (ADU) ordinances to include in their annual progress report: </p> <ul> <li>The code section where the ADU ordinance is located</li> <li>The date the ordinance was enacted or last updated</li> </ul> <p>This amendment increases the data required for the annual report and imposes a state-mandated local program. If determined to contain mandated costs, reimbursement will be provided according to established procedures.</p> </blockquote>
