It eliminates the 24-hour notice requirement for eligible persons to attend board meetings, allowing them to participate in person or via teleconference. The bill also requires mutual water companies to provide documents, such as annual budgets and accounting reports, in electronic form or hard copy upon request, with the option to pay a fee for hard copies. The company must display information on how to request these documents on its website. Notice of meetings and agendas must be posted on the company's website and distributed electronically to eligible persons 4 days prior to the meeting.
