SB 1293: State highways: projects: notice.

<p>The bill requires the Department of Transportation to provide written notice of certain construction or maintenance projects within the right-of-way of a state highway in counties with a population of 60,000 people or fewer. The notice must be given to a person who resides in or a business located within 5 miles of the project limits. The department must also post the notice on its internet website.</p>
