<blockquote> <p>The bill amends California's health and safety code to allow the Alameda County Board of Supervisors to amend the enabling ordinance for the Alameda Health System. It permits the governing board membership to include representatives from local public entities that provide financial or other support, with approval from the Board of Supervisors.
