The state air resources board will have the power to be removed from office by the legislature if they are deemed derelict in their duties, corrupt, or incompetent. All final resolutions, supporting documents, and proposed regulations will be published on the board's website at least 72 hours before a vote, and any changes will be prohibited after that point.
