This bill amends the workers' compensation system in California to adjust the medical-legal expense fee schedule every two years. The administrative director will evaluate medical practice costs, including increases in the conversion factor and the per-page cost of reviewing records, to make adjustments. The updated fee schedule will be implemented at the same time as the reasonable maximum fees for drugs and pharmacy services are revised.
