SB 767: Energy: transportation fuels: supply: reportable pipelines.
This bill requires the state energy resources conservation and development commission to work with stakeholders to identify pipelines that qualify as reportable pipelines. The commission must submit information about these pipelines, including minimum and maximum operating volumes, volume of crude oil delivered, and available capacity, to be submitted starting March 30, 2027. The bill also extends existing civil penalty provisions to individuals and entities that fail to provide information about reportable pipelines.
