California · Senate · 2025–2026 Regular Session · last verified August 17, 2026

What SJR 15 does, verified August 17, 2026

This measure urges the United States Congress to enact federal legislation that prevents increases in federal unemployment taxes on businesses. These state decisions include increased filings, shutdowns, extensions of shutdowns, or lapses in fraud prevention programs.
