SR 61: Relative to building resiliency.

<p>This bill aims to promote building resiliency in California by establishing a comprehensive framework for disaster preparedness and response. The law will require state agencies to develop and implement emergency plans, provide funding for disaster mitigation and response efforts, and establish a statewide registry of emergency responders. Additionally, the bill will provide incentives for building owners and managers to implement disaster-resistant design and construction practices, and will establish a statewide emergency management system to coordinate disaster response efforts.</p>
