A R E S O L U T I O N
Honoring the New Barberton Masonic Temple Company on its Centennial.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the New Barberton 2
Masonic Temple Company on its One Hundredth Anniversary; and 3
WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting 4
tribute to the New Barberton Masonic Temple Company, for throughout 5
the last century, it has achieved a remarkable record of service to 6
the area. Founded on March 31, 1924, the organization has been 7
involved in many significant endeavors, and its accomplishments are a 8
justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on 9
the enterprise itself but also on all those associated with it as well 10
as on the community; and 11
WHEREAS, Over the years, the New Barberton Masonic Temple Company 12
has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area, and 13
through its tremendous contributions, it has earned the respect and 14
gratitude of the many citizens it has so capably served. We are 15
certain that as this exemplary group maintains its unfaltering 16
dedication to service, it will continue in the tradition of excellence 17
that has been the hallmark of the Free and Accepted Masons since its 18
establishment; and 19
WHEREAS, We are proud to note that it is through the unceasing 20
efforts of entities such as the New Barberton Masonic Temple Company 21
that Ohio has gained a reputation as a state that is responsive to the 22
needs of its citizens and has remained a pleasant place in which to 23
live and work. This fine venture is truly worthy of acknowledgement; 24

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 26
the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 27
commend the New Barberton Masonic Temple Company on its One Hundredth 28
Anniversary and offer best wishes for the future; and be it further 29
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 30
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the New Barberton 31
Masonic Temple Company. 32
