BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:4
Section 1. That section 1349.57 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6
Sec. 1349.57. (A) The attorney general shall establish the 7
digital safety for children office. 8
(B) The digital safety for children office shall monitor 9
all of the following:10
(1) Potential safety issues for children online; 11
(2) Cyberbullying; 12
(3) Children's online data collection. 13
