This bill requires the state bar to disclose the use of artificial intelligence-generated content on its website and in study materials. The state bar must disclose this information on its internet website and on the cover page of study materials. The disclosure applies to any artificial intelligence-generated content used in developing or administering state bar examinations, regardless of whether it is revised or reviewed by a human. The bill becomes operative on January 1, 2028.
