What AB 1803 does, verified September 4, 2026

This bill would amend the California Fair Employment and Housing Act to require employers with 5 or more employees to provide training and education on two topics: The training would include: - Sexual harassment - Prevention of abusive conduct The training would also include anti-hate speech training. This requirement would apply to all supervisory and nonsupervisory employees, and would need to be provided by January 1, 2021, with subsequent training every two years.
