The bill amends California's code to allow employers to seek workplace violence restraining orders on behalf of all employees at a specific workplace or job location if harassment, unlawful violence, or credible threats are directed towards that area. It removes the requirement for an employer to name individual employees when seeking such protection for the entire workforce. Additionally, the bill mandates the judicial council to update its forms by January 1, 2028.
