AB 2764: Extended foster care.

This bill aims to extend foster care benefits to nonminor dependents up to the age of 21. The bill would allow these individuals to receive extended foster care benefits if they meet specific education or employment requirements. These requirements include completing secondary education or a program leading to an equivalent credential, or being employed for at least 80 hours per month. The bill would also prevent these individuals from being denied eligibility or having their eligibility terminated for failure to meet these requirements.
