AB 2212: Postsecondary education: sexual harassment, harassment, intimidation, and bullying policies: student training.
<p>The bill amends and adds sections to the Education Code regarding postsecondary education policies on sexual harassment, harassment, intimidation, and bullying. It requires governing boards of community colleges, trustees of California State University, regents of the University of California, and independent postsecondary educational institutions to update their sexual harassment policies to include prohibitions against public disclosure of digitized sexually explicit material without written consent.
