The bill aims to provide mobile services to California residents at each veterans' home at least once a year. The Department of Motor Vehicles will provide these services in coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs will assist by coordinating scheduling, space, and outreach to residents to facilitate the provision of these services.
