The law prohibits the delivery of certain controlled substances to a pharmacy unless a receipt is signed by a pharmacist or authorized personnel. The bill would update this provision to maintain the current restrictions.</p> <p>The law classifies controlled substances into schedules with varying levels of restrictions. Schedule I substances have the most restrictive limitations, while Schedule V substances have the least. The bill would not change these classifications.</p> <p>A violation of the provision prohibiting the delivery of certain controlled substances to a pharmacy without a signed receipt is currently a crime. The bill would not change this provision.</p>
