AB 2759: Agricultural pest control advisers: refusal, revocation, or suspension of licenses.

<p>This bill amends a provision of the food and agricultural code to update the cause for refusal, revocation, or suspension of a license to act as an agricultural pest control adviser. The updated provision would include failure or refusal to comply with specified provisions of law as a reason for refusing, revoking, or suspending the license. The bill makes nonsubstantive changes to the existing provision, which means it does not add or remove any substance from the existing law.</p>
