AB 456: Mobilehome parks: sales or transfers: prospective purchasers of mobilehomes.

This bill aims to amend certain sections of the civil code relating to mobilehomes. It would require mobilehome park management to provide a written summary of repairs or improvements to a mobilehome no later than 15 business days after a homeowner requests it. If management fails to provide this summary, it would be deemed a waiver of any rights to require repairs or improvements. The bill would also deem management to have approved a prospective purchaser's application for a mobilehome if they fail to notify the seller and the prospective purchaser within 15 days of receiving the information.
