AB 472: Energy: integrated energy policy report: port infrastructure for offshore wind energy development.

The bill requires the state energy commission to include an assessment of funding needs for port infrastructure in the integrated energy policy report starting from the 2027 edition. This assessment will be contingent upon an appropriation for this purpose.
