AB 744: Alcoholic beverage control: tied-house restrictions: exceptions: off-sale retail services.

California · Assembly · 2025–2026 Regular Session · last verified August 25, 2026

What AB 744 does, verified August 25, 2026

This bill would exempt beer manufacturers from labeling requirements for draught beer. Existing law requires on-sale retail licensees to display information about the beer on the faucet or in the place of service. The proposed exemption would allow beer manufacturers to sell draught beer without these labeling requirements.
