This bill would require local agencies to provide a list of required onsite or offsite improvements and an estimate of their costs within 30 days of receiving an application for a housing development project. It prohibits requiring improvements not disclosed to the development proponent within the same time frame. The bill aims to address a matter of statewide concern and applies to all cities, including charter cities. Reimbursement for costs mandated by the state is not required for this act.
