The reports will provide monthly information for each county, including the number of people convicted and whether the conviction was classified as a misdemeanor or felony. Additionally, the bill requires counties to submit data on their annual allocation and expenditure of state and federal funds on sheriff, probation, and court activities. The department must post this data on its website, starting in 2027. The bill also requires superior courts to submit metrics on charged individuals and the outcomes of judicial review proceedings. An annual report on these metrics will be published on the judicial council's website, starting in 2027.
