SB 64: Education expenses: School Choice Flex Account Act of 2025.
This bill establishes the School Choice Flex Account Act, which creates a new fund to help families pay for private school tuition and other education expenses. The fund, called the School Choice Flex Account, will be administered by a board and will provide a deposit to each eligible student's account. The deposit amount will be based on the student's family income and will be credited to the account annually.
