<p>The bill requires all California counties to provide at least two ballot drop-off locations or one location per every 11,250 registered voters for elections from November 3, 2026, through 2029. These locations must be open starting 30 days before the election. It also extends the deadline for vote-by-mail ballots to be received up to ten days after election day and prohibits law enforcement arrests within 200 feet of polling places on election day except under specific circumstances. Additionally, it expands restrictions on electioneering activities to a 200-foot radius around voting locations.</p>
