SB 893: State parks: facilities pass: Gold Star Family members.

The bill would add a new section to the Public Resources Code. This section would allow eligible gold star family members to receive a state park pass for free use of all facilities, including boat launching facilities, in the state park system. The pass would be issued upon presentation of proof of the family member's status and eligibility. Existing veterans who have already received a park pass would also be eligible for the gold star family member pass.
