AB 1133: Navigation rules.

<p>This bill aims to make nonsubstantive changes to the existing provision that prescribes rules for navigating steam and sailing vessels through navigable waters of the state. The existing law applies these provisions to navigation on the navigable waters of the United States and to navigation on the navigable waters of the state, as long as they do not conflict with the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction and laws of the United States. The bill seeks to update this provision without making any significant changes to the underlying rules.</p>
