<p>The bill amends sections of California's vehicle code regarding driving privileges and records. It requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to disclose abstracts of convictions and accident reports related to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated within ten years of occurrence. Additionally, it increases the number of violation points from two to three for a conviction of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated with gross negligence.</p>
