The bill aims to amend the vehicle code to revoke a driver's license for having three or more convictions within a 10-year period for driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. This revocation would prevent the department from reinstating the driving privileges until the expiration of eight years after the date of revocation, unless certain conditions are met. These conditions include agreeing to install and maintain an ignition interlock device.
