The bill mandates that CSU, Long Beach participate and allows the chancellor to include other CSU campuses. By January 1, 2032, the chancellor must submit a report evaluating the program's effectiveness. The provisions become inoperative on June 30, 2032, and are repealed as of January 1, 2033.</p>
