This bill requires substance use treatment facilities, programs, and recovery residences to submit annual data to the state department of health care services. The data will include the number of individuals receiving treatment services and the duration of their stay. The data will be collected and published on the department's internet website, excluding personally identifiable information about the individuals. The data will start being collected and published from January 1, 2028.
