<p>This bill requires the Department of Transportation to review its proprietary state lands annually to determine what land is in excess of its needs. The review must include land that is not being utilized, underutilized, or not being used by the state agency. The report must also include the market value of the properties reviewed. The department must submit the report to the legislature by January 1, 2031, and it must include information regarding the land reported by the state agency.</p>
