An act to amend Section 1250 of the Water Code, relating to water.

Existing law requires the State Water Resources Control Board to consider and act upon all applications for permits to appropriate water.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 1250 of the Water Code is amended to read:1250.
