SB 399: School districts: interdistrict transfers.

The bill requires school districts to maintain a record of all requests for interdistrict transfers and the disposition of those requests. The districts must submit this information to the superintendent on or before June 30th of each year. The superintendent must then post this information on the department's internet website on or before August 1st of each year. The state will reimburse local agencies and school districts for costs mandated by the state if the commission on state mandates determines that the bill contains such costs.
