<p>The bill requires the trustees of the California State University (CSU) and the board of governors of the California Community Colleges (CCC) to develop and implement transfer agreement and articulation programs that support and enhance the transfer of students from California tribal colleges to CSU and CCC campuses. It also requests the regents of the University of California (UC) to do the same. The programs must include early outreach activities and assessments of tools, systems, or curricula designed to facilitate student transfers.</p>
